The Mystic Arcana is a web of connections between the realms. Thus, the more you connect with the Deep Mystic Arcana the less in tune you become with other realmic energies. These spells count as regular mystic spells but have an additional effect. Casters will acquire an autofail die per successful Deep Mystic spell on future castings outside the Mystic Arcana. These dice expire after a full recharge or a good night's sleep, depending on whether the caster's body is organic or artificial.

As a bonus action pulse the weave around you, sending ripples to those you are emotionally connected to or invested in. Focus on one person and you'll direct the pulse to them so long as you are on the same realm as they are. The further away, the more time it takes for the pulse to reach them. The pulse feels like a tap from the physical direction you are in from their orientation.

All objects and even many lifeforms have a connection of belonging to another. This spell allows you to see the direct connection between the subject and the owner if they are in visual range.

It allows you to breathe through the mystic weave as a snorkel, siphoning air from the nearest source for a quick breath or three. It does not create a bubble or atmosphere!

Bend the strands connecting you to your environment. Temporarily allows you to ignore the cold of space as if you were wearing void armor. It can be channeled for up to 3 rounds. Taking an additional 10 minutes of casting prep can allow it to go for 24 hours.

This spell allows the caster to twist their internal connections together to visualize sound as a spectrum allowing one to "see" sounds and conversations up to 100 meters away. Observation checks relying on your sense of hearing are made with +1 bonus dice. Focusing with an investigation check, the subject can "see" conversations through walls of acoustic resonant materials, up to 1 foot thick. For the duration, or until dispelled, the subject is considered blind when reading or trying to see something that doesn't reflect or generate sound.

Allows you to bring your 1st dimensional presence into direct contact with a willing being, encapsulating their thoughts and feelings, effectively allowing them to understand things from your point of view. Can be inverted to understand another's point of view, but this knowledge is quickly forgotten. An unwilling being can attempt a Hard Judgement check to ignore your influence.

Bring the connections of your team together. By threading the connections of your team together you can connect up to 10 friendly beings in a mental network. Once a network is established, it can be renewed by the original caster if all members are willing. Unwilling members fall off the network at the expiration of the original cast. Recasting refreshes the duration.
A person in the network can choose to consciously speak to others in the group and be heard by all connected. Leaving the range does not remove the subject from the network, they will be able to communicate once they are in range again if the network is still active. Adding new members requires a recast.

Hold the connection to your environment at a hard right angle and you will be surprised at what you can endure. While under the effects of this spell your body exists in its prime environment with all humidity, temperature, and barometric pressure being just right and nothing in the natural environment can change it. Spells or attacks that cause changes to these variables prompt you to make a contested arcanting check to keep your aura up. This does not protect you from arcane elemental damage.

Allows you to plant yourself in the plane you exist and become immune to forced teleportation or dimensional gates/breaches. This prevents the subject from being able to open portals or gates as well.

Creates a whirlpool in the mystic arcana on a single square. Any arcana that passes through this square has the power returned to the realm it came from. Enchanted items are considered "sealed" from this effect and cannot have their power neutralized by this method. Taking a turn to prepare to cast creates a fissure with an area of effect.
Returned arcana from spells doesn't count towards the caster's energizing state.

Brace yourself against the strands beneath your feet, the strands running through your head, the strands connected to your very essence and you will be unshakable. While under the effects of this spell, you cannot suffer negative penalties for Balance checks.
